hi, I think if you install libusb, it will be works. I trid to test it on VMware-ubuntu, it could detect infectus. but doesn't seems correct detection nand flash. may be it's PC of I/O problem.

I'm looking forward to the new version. and hope that it can improve the read / write speed

The reason is because my GND wire is too long (sorry) when I replace a short GND wire, it work fine for all nand flash of samsung . The strange thing, if I don't replace a short GND wire, infectus will don't work for samsung 6XX. but can work for samsung 7XX(At least I could correctly write bootmii to two Wii)

Hi, I've tested some Wii, I got the results, I found that you can using infectus flash to Samsung nand flash memory is only [samsung 7XX]. I flashed nand flash is samsung 707 when I flash samsung 652&646. I always get update failed. If someone successfully flash samsung 6XX. Please tell me

Hi, I flash Hynix nand chip and install bootmii is very easy. but flash Samsung chips is almost too hard. Last time I helped my friend flash bootmii of success. this time the same Samsung chips. I use the same wires to flash it. but I couldn't flash any data. I got block is different massege. I have followed the xavbox's diagram but I don't know where this wire connection to? it look as Data0~GND. but if I did so. I start up the infectus and try to "Detect USB", "Open", then "Ident", I will get an error that the software can't identify the nand. therefore I skiped it.

Hi, I think the diagramm of bonx and Team infectus is the same as published. and I solved this compara problem. I can dump, compara, and updata complete now. but when I edit bolck3~4 and update it. I got message block3~4 different. I copy block3~4 of the installed bootmii/boot2v2 full backup file. and Paste write to the block3~4 dump file of frome bricked wii when I select updata compara and press write. I got message block3~4 different. If I erase to the all nand flash data. and Write to edited full dump file(paste write installed bootmii block3~4 data). can it work fine?

hello I cut 0~1048575 of the installed bootmii/boot2 backup file made a new bin file, and paste write that copied data I put the new file and setting offset to 0~1048575 on the amoxiflash. and press the write bouttan. when it start to write it, that end offset value autochange for 1081343. it wrote to block0~block7, and finished. I unplug infectus USB and remove the v5 wire only. and connact AV and power cable. insert the have contains a bootmii folder of the SD card to SD slot. power on it and.... it's dosen't work. I got the blue screen(no singnal) so I put the from another Wii inst

Hi, your right. it was infectus mode problem. but I can't change the xavboxprogrammer driver. therfore, I reinstall my windows, and reinstall infectus programmer V3.9.9.0 driver. update to Firmware ot the infectus. now.
